- Experience shaping assessment and interview processes with hiring leaders
- Experience developing active candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Recruit for multiple managers, departments and seniority levels (sales, CS)
- Experience using ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and HRIS (BambooHR preferred)
