Develop targeted sourcing across actuarial, risk, finance, investments, and operations
Source and engage passive candidates in the insurance ecosystem
Guide interview processes and offers with the TA Lead
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and maintain process discipline

🎯 Requirements

Experience recruiting within insurance (carrier, reinsurer, broker, or insurer-focused asset manager)
Understanding of actuarial, risk, finance, investments, and operations talent
Strong partnership with hiring managers and HC teams
Ability to develop sourcing strategies and manage talent pipelines
Excellent communication and advisory skills
