π― Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting across technical and GTM roles.
- Startup experience in a fast paced, high ownership environment.
- Proven track record of sourcing, closing, and hiring high quality talent.
- Strong ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with attention to detail.
- High ownership, scrappy execution, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Modernloop, Brighthire, or similar tools.
