🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in-house full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience with consumer products, DTC, or ecommerce brands.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong sourcing skills; engage passive talent.
• Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication; highly organized; able to manage multiple roles.
