🎯 Requirements

5+ years recruiting experience in behavioral health or healthcare across multiple states
Experience recruiting corporate roles in growth-stage orgs
Strong data fluency using recruiting metrics to drive decisions
ATS management & reporting experience (Greenhouse preferred)
Experience in fast-growth or scaling environments
Experience operating independently with executive visibility
