🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on recruitment across various roles (finance/insurance preferred).
• Proven track record in fast-paced growth environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for postings and content.
• Strong sourcing across channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools.
• Collaborative, relationship-building with hiring managers and candidates.
