Recovery Specialist I, Auto Collections

📋 Description

• Confer with customers by telephone to collect current and past due payments.
• Follow all federal and state collections laws.
• Utilize collection skip tools to locate accounts for resolution.
• Maintain delinquent rates at or below objectives.
• Meet daily and weekly production goals (calls, repossessions, dollars collected).
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years skip tracing experience in auto finance.
• Familiar with repossession and skip tracing laws.
• Flexible mindset to adapt to changing policies and procedures.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work with various teams.
