🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering
2+ years aerospace/aviation systems experience
2+ years building/maintaining ground support equipment
Experience with fluid, mechanical, or electrical systems
Lead/plan operations involving 10+ personnel
Strong teamwork under high pressure
