  • Quality check documents for accuracy and errors.
  • Handle basic rejections promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate team.
  • Identify the correct party to contact for corrections, internal or external.

  • Has 1+ year title & escrow experience with demonstrated success.
  • Excellent phone, email, face-to-face and remote communication.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay proactive.
  • Proficient with computer programs and company resources.
  • Bonus: Experience processing files in ResWare.
  • Bonus: Title and/or escrow licenses.
