Record to Report Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and consolidations.
• Drive R2R process improvements and automation.
• Develop internal controls to safeguard data and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with finance, ops, IT, and external auditors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA preferred.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience.
• 3+ years supervisory or managerial experience.
• Advanced knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, COSO.
• ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Netsuite.
• Highly analytical with strong communication and partnering skills.
