Reconciliation Analyst

📋 Description

• Reconcile bank, customer, and intercompany accounts across fiat and digital assets.
• Automate manual processes using AI-driven solutions.
• Deliver accurate internal and external reconciliations.
• Manage daily cash balances and monitor fund movements.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to test provider integrations.
• Maintain reconciliation templates and NAV reporting accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: degree in Financial Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in reconciliations or financial services; fintech a plus.
• Tech-Savvy: strong interest in AI and automation; share examples of tech-led improvements.
• Analytical rigor: meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: ability to present complex findings to senior leadership.
