- Financial reporting: ensure reconciliations align with records for month/quarter/year-end closes.
- Audit & control: provide documentation, methodology explanations, root-cause investigations.
🎯 Requirements
- Degree-level qualification in Financial Management, Business Management, or related field.
- 2+ years in reconciliations or financial services; fintech experience a plus.
- Strong interest in AI and automation; provide examples of tech-enabled improvements.
- Analytical rigor and attention to detail; able to work in fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication; ability to present complex findings to senior leadership.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Treasury, Payments Ops, Product & Engineering).
