🎯 Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in reconciliation, settlements, or payments.
- Strong understanding of reconciliation processes (bank, wallet, gateway, merchant).
- Excel/Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Experience investigating transaction mismatches and financial discrepancies.
- Attention to detail with ability to work with large datasets.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (finance, risk, payments, engineering).
