Receiving Coordinator

📋 Description

• Receive shipments and verify contents against POs, packing slips, specs
• Inspect aerospace components for damage, quantity, and quality (AS9100)
• Document traceability: lot numbers, serials, certifications
• Enter and maintain records in ERP/MRP systems
• Coordinate with QA on inspection holds or non-conforming materials
• Label, tag, and route materials to storage or production

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
• 2+ years in receiving/warehouse/logistics (aerospace/manufacturing preferred)
• ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to read/interpret technical documents and POs
• Willingness to work overtime, evenings and/or weekends
