- Partner with Senior Manager, Procurement to ensure non-inventory PO receiving per best practices
- Manage workflow of material receipt and put-away for non-inventory items
- Record non-inventory receipts with count accuracy; communicate status to Operations
- Perform weekly non-inventory material level counts
- Organize delivery staging areas for all non-inventory deliveries
- Coordinate vendor communications, dock hours, and escalation for non-compliant vendors
🎯 Requirements
- Positive, can-do attitude; able to manage multiple priorities
- Able to operate warehouse software; Microsoft Dynamics a plus
- Comfortable collecting and organizing data
- Familiar with warehouse environments
- Strong verbal communication and attention to detail
- Able to make decisions independently
