Receiving Clerk

📋 Description

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition against docs and POs.
• Record receipts in IMS or WMS per established procedures.
• Maintain accurate records; file packing slips, BOLs, and docs.
• Communicate with merchandising, drivers, and suppliers to coordinate receiving.
• Adhere to safety protocols, lifting techniques, PPE, and OSHA guidelines.
• Keep the receiving area clean and organized, with proper storage and waste disposal.

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
• Strong data entry and analysis using Google Sheets.
• Experience operating a stand-up reach forklift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
