🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive People Ops/HR in fast-growing tech startups.
  • Strong US/Canada employment compliance knowledge.
  • Design and operationalize onboarding, offboarding, and performance systems.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive transformation.
  • Experience managing HRIS (BambooHR, Pulley, Employee Navigator, Ashby).
  • Ability to translate business goals into people strategies.

🎁 Benefits

  • US pay range: USD 160,000–220,000; varies by location.
