🎯 Requirements

6+ years of experience closing complex, high-value transactions
Proven ability to manage a large sales pipeline with discipline and strong forecasting
Exceptional consultative selling skills and emotional intelligence
Strong operational discipline with CRM and Salesforce hygiene
Comfort operating in a highly visible, community-facing role
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
