  • Lead end-to-end rebate programs in partnership with clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure rebate eligibility, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy.
  • Maintain compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with analytics, finance, client success, and product teams.
  • Support client success while driving operational execution.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in healthcare operations with rebate experience
  • Direct experience with medical rebates (buy-and-bill, pharmacy)
  • Onboard clients and manage rebate relationships
  • Strong data analytics and problem-solving for rebates
  • Advanced Excel and large-dataset analysis
  • Familiar with value-based or outcomes-based rebate arrangements
