Route calls to the appropriate team during business hours.
Handle evening and weekend calls to resolve customer questions.
Become an expert in Homeward processes to support agents and customers.
Proficient understanding of Salesforce to provide support for contract management.
Review incoming contracts for accuracy and coordinate with agents.
