- Prepare offer contracts and ensure compliance across documents.
- Regularly update clients and agents with status reports.
🎯 Requirements
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal skills.
- Understanding of real estate and escrow processes—especially in FL, TN, KY, TX, CA.
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, able to manage 15-20+ transactions.
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented.
- Experience with new construction transactions and builders.
- Familiar with CRM, MLS, DocuSign, ZipForms, and SkySlope.
