- Maintain real-time status of open transactions; weekly updates to leadership and brokers.
- Rent/AP ops: set up monthly rent POs; reconcile invoices; update POs as leases change.
- Broker/portfolio triage: triage activity; surface decisions; track items; Airtable pipeline.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in corporate real estate operations or coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on in commercial real estate: wires, deposits, LC, PO/invoice workflows.
- Highly organized; handles multiple time zones without drop-offs.
- Strong written communication; concise status updates.
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Docs, Airtable, basic financial tools.
- Comfortable with Finance/AP/Legal and vendors; diplomacy.
- Experience in high-growth envs building processes.
