🎯 Requirements
- 12+ years of corporate real estate, facilities, and EH&S experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or equivalent.
- Experience managing a mixed portfolio of offices, R&D facilities, and labs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; partner across technical and corporate teams.
- Strong financial acumen; experience with multi-million dollar CapEx and OpEx budgets.
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management; able to manage direct reports and external consultants.
