- Build and maintain financial models for tax-credit financed real estate deals.
- Support senior staff in initial review of transactions.
- Assist in preparing offer letters for investments.
- Prepare deal summaries for investors and investment committee.
- Coordinate analysis with internal/external teams (proformas, tax credits, financials).
- Interact with Acquisitions, Developer, Asset and Fund Mgmt, and Investor Relations for timely materials.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years prior experience in a similar position
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and decision-making ability
- Strong working knowledge of financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and NPV/IRR preferred
- Experience in real estate private equity and/or LIHTC favored
