π― Requirements
- Active real estate licenses in at least 3 states (GA/FL/TX plus others)
- 5+ years as a licensed real estate agent
- Experience managing acquisitions and dispositions
- AI workflows with LLMs and real-estate tools; include Loom walkthrough
- Strong CRM skills: Salesforce; G-Suite; Slack; MacOS
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to represent Mainstay
