Estimates repairs and determines ARV and As-Is value of properties.
Meets with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
Works with realtors, buyers, lenders and title During the closing process.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of sales experience
Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
Excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Proven quotas achievement through phone sales
Bachelor's Degree or higher (preferred)
