Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps and acquire homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and as-is value.
• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.
• Coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Consistently ranked in top 10% of sales staff.
• Strong communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).
