Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, acquire homes
Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
Perform extensive due diligence and prepare contracts
Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value; evening/weekend availability
Meet homeowners to present offers
Coordinate closing with realtors, lenders and title; remote role

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of sales experience
Top 10% of sales staff in prior roles
Strong communication and computer skills (MS Office)
Proven quota attainment through phone sales
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred)
Residential real estate knowledge is a plus
