Buy homes for House Buyers of America; follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs, and close deals.
Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
Perform due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value.
Meet with homeowners to present offers.
Work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of sales experience
Top 10% of sales staff in prior roles
Great communication and MS Office skills
Proven quota attainment through phone sales
Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
