Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

📋 Description

• Remote role; conduct in-person meetings with prospects/clients.
• Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, acquire homes.
• Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
• Perform due diligence and prepare contracts for ratification.
• Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value.
• Meet homeowners to present offers and coordinate closing.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience.
• Top 10% of sales staff in prior roles.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills.
• Proven success meeting/exceeding quotas by phone.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
