- Responsible for buying homes for House Buyers of America.
- Remote role; conducts in-person meetings with prospects regularly.
- Follow up on leads, value properties, estimate repairs and close deals.
- Meet homeowners to present offers; work with realtors, buyers, lenders and title during closing.
- Value houses, analyze comps and acquire new homes.
- Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
- Perform extensive due diligence on acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.
- Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience.
- Top 10% of sales staff in previous roles.
- Great communication skills and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
- Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).
