Manufacture medium/high complexity reagents per SOPs
Operate robotic and manual lab equipment (micropipettes, liquid handlers, etc.)
Apply molecular biology techniques (small-volume pipetting, plating, quantitation)
Maintain thorough, accurate documentation, including deviations
Manage reagent inventory
Collaborate with R&D on scale-up and new reagent formulations

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or clinical sciences
At least 1 year of molecular biology techniques experience
Excellent attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and work independently
Previous clinical lab experience preferred
