  • Build and scale onboarding, readiness, and certification for SMB vendor networks
  • Create role-based onboarding paths, knowledge checks, and ramp standards
  • Ensure vendor trainers deliver readiness programs at scale
  • Design enablement for new products, pricing, and process launches
  • Monitor ramp quality and early quality signals to identify risk
  • Build dashboards and feedback loops linking readiness to performance
  • Partner with Vendor Managers, Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales enablement, onboarding, or related ops
  • Experience supporting outsourced sales teams or distributed sales
  • Software/SaaS/cloud or high-velocity commercial environment
  • Ownership of onboarding, ramp quality, and readiness outcomes
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel, quality frameworks, coaching
  • Executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
