- Write handoff notes with strengths, risks, and next steps.
- Partner with BenOps and CX L&D to shape readiness criteria.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in BenOps, L&D, or related training.
- Deep expertise in OA, Advising, or Fulfillment.
- Track record of coaching, mentoring, or training.
- Honest, clear feedback without belittling.
- Strong judgment on when more support is needed.
- Strong written communication; write docs and guides.
