Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Follow treatment plans and behavior support plans for skill and behavior goals.
Build supportive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
Document interventions and progress toward goals in a timely manner.
Collect behavior data as specified in client plans.
Review data with supervisors to drive program improvements.

🎯 Requirements

One year experience with children with developmental disabilities (preferred)
Valid RBT certification
CPR/FA certification
Training academy available if you do not have RBT
