- Work directly with clients and follow treatment plans for skills and behavior.
- Establish and maintain supportive relationships with clients and families.
- Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by the supervisor.
- Document interventions and progress toward goals in a timely manner.
- Collect behavior data per client behavior support plan.
- Review data and progress reports with supervisors to strategize program improvements.
- Provide habilitation, training, and assistance to help clients acquire and maintain skills.
- Provide transportation related to activities as directed by the treatment plan.
- Provide training and/or support in interpersonal skills, development of personal relationships, and community living.
- Monitor health status and report any changes to the office.
🎯 Requirements
- Valid RBT Certificate from the BACB
- 1 year of experience with children with developmental/disabilities preferred
- CPR/First Aid Certification
