Work directly with clients following the treatment/behavior plan.
Establish and maintain supportive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by supervisors.
Document interventions and progress toward goals accurately and timely.
Collect behavior data as specified in the client behavior support plan.
Review data and progress with supervisors to guide program improvements.

🎯 Requirements

RBT credential or pursuing RBT credential (required for Hawaii contracts)
One year experience with children with developmental/disabilities preferred
1:1 in home/community with children/young adults with autism
Follow treatment plans and document data accurately
Strong communication and collaboration with families and the Behavioral Services team
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3pm
