- Work directly with students in the classroom, following the established service plan
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams; respect the values, thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes of clients and families
- Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers to support the student in the classroom environment
- Document interventions and progress towards goals
- Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior plan
- Provide training, instruction, and assistance to help the student acquire and maintain skills and meet identified goals
🎯 Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT) Certified
- One-year RBT experience required
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities
- AA or BA degree OR 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100 OR passage of the ParaPro Praxis assessment
