Work directly with clients and follow the treatment plan for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Establish supportive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by supervisors.
Document interventions and progress toward goals in a timely manner.
Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior support plan.
Review data and progress reports with supervisor to improve programs.

🎯 Requirements

One year experience working with children with IDD preferred.
RBT Certificate through the BACB.
HS diploma/GED.
Commitment to reliable, compassionate care.
CPR/FA.
