Rattle is building the first AI-powered Revenue Intelligence Platform, solving the most critical problem in B2B sales: 75% of companies miss their revenue forecasts because the entire revenue tech stack depends on manual seller input and CRM guesswork.

The Problem We're Solving: Every Monday morning across 500,000 companies worldwide, revenue teams gather to answer three questions: Which deals will close? For how much? By when? This is solely based on the seller’s version of reality. Hence, revenue leaders spend more time inspecting deals than executing on them.

We're targeting the $2B+ forecasting market currently dominated by solutions that customers find disappointing due to their dependence on manual data hygiene.

• As a full-stack engineer, tackle a wide range of technical challenges: from designing powerful new integrations to scaling our real-time web service to hundreds of users
• You will play a crucial role in building VON, Rattle’s new product
• You will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, using your skills in Node.js and React to create a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Build high-impact, end-user features that vastly improve user productivity.
• In a small cross-functional team, you will collaborate closely to discuss the feasibility and direction of prototypes or planned product features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and conduct thorough testing to ensure reliability and performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

• You have a work experience of 4+ years as a full-stack engineer.
• You have hands-on experience with Javascript, React JS.
• You have working experience in NodeJs, Typescript in backend.
• Strong knowledge of at least one relational database system.
• Demonstrated fluency with REST APIs, third-party libraries, and client/server architectures.
• You are passionate about great UX.
• You have experience with maintaining backend microservices.
• You are comfortable conducting code reviews and giving feedback to ensure high standards of code maintainability and extensibility
• You are energized by ambiguity and can create structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You’ve high confidence, low ego, and are generally a good human being :)
