📋 Description

  • Manage, develop, and lead a group of Channel Partner Managers with daily 1:1 coaching
  • Oversee CPM activities and quota performance to meet KPIs
  • Hire and train new CPMs on Ramp products, partner personas, and tools
  • Collaborate with Sales/Marketing on pipeline, activation, and expansion
  • Build dashboards, report partner and team performance, and forecast
  • Improve team efficiency by documenting processes and optimizing systems

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years quota-carrying sales as an individual contributor
  • 2+ years managerial experience with a proven track record
  • Successful SaaS channel sales or partnerships experience with above-quota performance
  • Cross-functional collaboration and strong communication/presentation skills
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and automation
  • Ability to articulate value points to partners, including senior leaders at top accounting firms
