- Excellent communication to explain complex products to tech and non-tech
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript and SQL
- Independent, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Desirable: Fintech experience or familiarity with financial APIs/webhooks
