• Technical and hands-on: CRM config, workflow logic, SQL.
• AI-native: actively use AI tools to automate GTM motions.
• Commercially minded: understands revenue and funnel leverage.
• Customer-centric: clean handoffs and predictable experience.
• Experienced: 4-7+ years in GTM Ops or adjacent roles.
