- CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins.
- Deploy to Kubernetes and/or Cloud Foundry.
- Write technical proposals and RFI responses; define roadmaps.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering experience
- U.S. Army/INDOPACOM program experience
- Architectural design patterns and ADRs
- Event streaming with Kafka/Pulsar/Redpanda
- CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins
- Kubernetes and Cloud Foundry deployment experience
- Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret
- Bachelor's degree required
