📋 Description

  • Own and execute Radiant’s early careers hiring strategy for interns and grads.
  • Build university programs: campus partnerships, events, and outreach.
  • Design, launch, and run internship/early career programs, onboarding, cycles.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for early career roles across engineering and ops.
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs and conversion goals.
  • Develop program metrics and candidate experience; drive intern conversion.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in recruiting, university recruiting, early careers, or talent programs.
  • Hands-on experience managing intern/early career programs end-to-end.
  • Strong project and program management; multitask with timelines.
  • Excellent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Preferred: Experience building early career programs at startups.
