🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in recruiting, university recruiting, early careers, or talent programs.
- Hands-on experience managing intern/early career programs end-to-end.
- Strong project and program management; multitask with timelines.
- Excellent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Preferred: Experience building early career programs at startups.
