Define and develop internal radar calibration concepts, control, and monitoring
Integrate calibration logic with Software Defined Radio (SDR) and payload control systems
Support near-field and far-field calibration and validation campaigns
Define and develop flight radar signal processing algorithms
Validate products against models and ground-test data
Define control and monitoring parameters for calibration and signal processing subsystems

🎯 Requirements

MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Applied Math
2+ years radar theory and digital signal processing
Experience developing calibration algorithms, phased-array preferred
Proficiency in Python and/or MATLAB
Experience working with large multi-channel radar datasets
Experience with SDR-based radar systems (spaceborne or airborne preferred)
