  • Key Responsibilities

  • Other Incidental tasks related to the job, as necessary.
  • Gathers and interprets complex data.
  • Analyzes activities related to the timely, cost-effective, planning and quality control of Travel and Expense operations.
  • Investigates issues to determine root causes.
  • Develops and implements continuous improvement and process efficiency.
  • Serves as a liaison to internal groups regarding Travel and Expense policies and processes.
  • Maintains, analyzes and implements improvements to the Travel and Expense processes.
  • Prepare reports for management.
  • May implement or manage relevant systems used for Travel and Expense operations.
  • Develops training documentation and designs and conducts end user training sessions on various information systems used for Travel and Expense.
  • Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of computing tools, such as databases, and spreadsheets
