Key Responsibilities Other Incidental tasks related to the job, as necessary. Gathers and interprets complex data. Analyzes activities related to the timely, cost-effective, planning and quality control of Travel and Expense operations. Investigates issues to determine root causes. Develops and implements continuous improvement and process efficiency. Serves as a liaison to internal groups regarding Travel and Expense policies and processes. Maintains, analyzes and implements improvements to the Travel and Expense processes. Prepare reports for management. May implement or manage relevant systems used for Travel and Expense operations. Develops training documentation and designs and conducts end user training sessions on various information systems used for Travel and Expense. Knowledge Basic understanding of computing tools, such as databases, and spreadsheets Basic knowledge of supply chain Skills Analytical Skills Contract Management Global Trade Compliance Sourcing/Supplier Management Education Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in field related to role. At the manager’s discretion, additional relevant experience may substitute degree requirement Experience 2 - 4 years of experience in the field of role required
