• Market research and opportunity identification in DoD
• Outbound outreach to Air Force and DoD customers
• Manage federal pipeline in Monday.com/Deltek GovWin
• Prepare background notes and agendas for meetings
• Advance opportunities from discovery to solicitation
• Support leadership with pipeline updates

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years in business development or sales
• Comfortable outbound calls and emails
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Organized, self-directed, able to work independently
• Curious, proactive, eager to learn federal BD
• Familiar with Google Workspace and CRM/presentation tools
