• Operate lab equipment to test materials, components, and products.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree or certification in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in lab/R&D with adherence to testing protocols.
• Proficiency operating lab equipment; basic computer skills; measurement/inspection tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative, dynamic, self-starter; drives tasks to closure.
