Fabricate prototype components using 3D printing, machining, and rapid prototyping.
Manufacture and repair lightweight structures using wet layup composites.
Build and maintain jigs, molds, and fixtures for prototype assembly.
Assemble and integrate mechanical, electrical, and propulsion systems.
Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, or mechanical issues during vehicle bring-up.
Support engine installation, cooling, exhaust, and fuel plumbing.

🎯 Requirements

Associate or Bachelor's in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aerospace Eng, or equivalent.
Proficiency with 3D printing (FDM/SLA) and finishing techniques.
Experience with composite layup, trimming, and bonding.
Hands-on experience with internal combustion engines (assembly and testing).
CAD tools knowledge (CATIA, NX, SolidWorks).
AS9100/ISO9001 quality practices for prototype fabrication.
